Normal delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, depending on the order contents, the day and time of the order, plus geographic location the order is being shipped to.

If ordering more than one type of product (i.e., office supplies or toner cartridges), your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive, and be packaged, separately.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for a full refund on all supplies that are unopened and sealed, up to 60 days from date of purchase. Exchanges can be made on OEM products up to 90 days, and up to six months for all compatible and remanufactured cartridges. A 15% restocking fee will apply after 30 days from date of purchase, or if the product was ordered incorrectly. All returns must be in the original manufacturer’s box and accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Please reference your order number and the reason for returning the merchandise on all correspondence. Products returned for full credit must be in resalable condition. AMERICAN IMAGING SUPPLIES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MERCHANDISE THAT IS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

In case you receive an incorrectly shipped or defective product, an ARS label is mailed to the customer to ship back the defective product. PLEASE NOTE: A replacement product is sent out immediately, while the ARS label arrives within 3-7 business days. The defective or incorrectly shipped product must be returned to American Imaging Supplies within 30 days of receipt ARS label, or the customer may be charged for all items shipped.
